In the self-paced online course, Dr. Heidi Hanna will walk you through the process of rethinking your experience of stress, recharging your personal energy, and redesign your lifestyle for better health, happiness, and performance.
You will learn the fundamentals of Stress Mastery, including the 4 core habits and the Brain Recharge Process, and you’ll also get a chance to participate in a 21-Day Challenge to get you started on your Stress Mastery journey.
During your Stress 360™ Assessment debrief call, your coach will help identify the elements of your unique relationship with stress to determine the best opportunities for improvement. You will then put together a personalized plan using our simple Stress Mastery framework that will not only support your progress, but will also help you define and implement the tools and techniques that will give you the greatest return on your time and energy investment.
In the subsequent 2 coaching calls, you and your coach will address any roadblocks and triggers, you'll be able ask your specific questions and talk about what’s working and where you need more focus.

Sammy is a Transformational Life Coach and a Jack Canfield Success Principles certified trainer. Her passion is to empower others to ignite their dreams, overcome their biggest blocks, unleash their potential and fulfill their true life purpose. Her goal is to help people realize they have a CHOICE over how they live their life – and the POWER and ABILITY to change it for the better. She does so by helping her clients clarify their vision and goals and supporting them through breaking plateaus and limiting beliefs, providing accountability and encouragement along the way. Clients generate real, measurable results as Sammy guides them through creating an actionable plan and continually motivating them to take inspired actions to facilitate personal growth, financial freedom, and improved physical, mental and emotional health.
Sammy is also a Certified Stress Mastery Educator and Coach. In the past year, she has been personally trained and mentored by Dr. Hanna while also working alongside her in developing the Stress Mastery programming and community. Having struggled with the effects of chronic stress in her own life for years, Sammy is able to leverage her personal experience and the lessons she’s learned into her coaching.

Once enrolled, you'll get immediate access to our Stress Mastery Fundamentals eCourse. The eCourse utilizes multiple styles of learning such as videos, written content, and experiential guided exercises and meditations to help solidify the new content you’re learning.
You'll also receive a welcome email with information on how to take the Stress 360™ Assessment and how to schedule your coaching calls.
After you sign-up and pay, you will recieve a welcome email with all the information regarding the program. That email will also including a link to schedule your calls with your coach.
Your first call should be scheduled after you complete your Stress 360™ Assessment. You will have 2 additional coaching calls, one about 7 days later and another 21 days after that.
The eCourse has about 3 hours of video content divided into modules and lessons. Our easy-to-use interface allows you to navigate through the curriculum at your own pace. There are no deadlines or expiration dates!
You will have 3 coaching calls during your 30-Day Jumpstart. They will take place at an agreed-upon time using a scheduling link. The first call will be between 45-60 minutes long, with the 2 subsequent calls being about 30 minutes each.
The time spent applying the content varies, depending on how much growth is needed in that area. You'll find that the tips and tools provided in this program are easy to incorporate into your day to day life, however - the more you put in, the more value you will get out.
